Gingerjake was back in town last night.  I stumbled upon them the last time they were in town, just catching the tail end of their show.
This time I wanted to make sure I saw all of it.  Once again, this band blew me away.  The energy in the place was crazy.  I love how they get the entire crowd going.

It took a while for the band to set up beforehand, but it paid off, the sound was right on.  Even the lights were great to all the songs.

I thought it was great how they played a mix of their own stuff which was all awesome and then a few covers.
The covers they chose to play were a perfect selection, Suck My Kiss by the Chili Peppers and then they did Santeria by Sublime where they invited all the girls in the house to go up on stage and sing along, pretty sweet.

To finish the show Amanda, the lead singer, had her father up on stage to play two killer closing songs, Barracuda and Dazed And Confused.  Awesome ending.  Great show, if you have a chance to see them, GO.
